RezCap Funding, LLC is a direct private money, business purpose lender, that offers various loans for the acquisition, renovation, and stabilization of residential real estate. Our platform allows our clients the ability to close quickly and efficiently and provides hassle-free distributions throughout the renovation process. With over 25 years in residential lending and real estate investing, we employ a vast amount of expertise that we share with our partners. Our source of funds in private equity and thus our cost of capital is lower than most of our competition, which allows us to offer lower than standard rates and fees. Our team of professionals are focused on providing our clientele with pristine customer service and treating our clients as valued business partners – our clients success is a necessity.
Chris Fox, founder of Rezcap Funding, has been in real estate financing and investing for 25 plus years and specializes in “business purpose” loans used for residential properties. Chris has a undergrad degree in Finance and a MBA and owned and operated a successful independent mortgage banking firm for almost 20 years, prior to selling it to a publicly traded bank in 2023. Chris has also bought and sold an insurance agency and was Chief Revenue Officer at the buying bank for several years.
His passion, as an entrepreneur, is to provide value and a trusted resource for other business owners who are involved in real estate. This includes past colleagues who are in the lending industry but do not have access to short duration business purpose loans. We provide a solution for those industry professionals to offer their clients an instrumental lending solution for real estate investing.
